PRODUCTION SAMPLE:
CustomPoint / U.S. BankIn 2011, I coordinated the transition of all branded print materials for The Private Client Reserve line of business from U.S. Bank's old system to this CustomPoint site hosted by R.R. Donnelley. As Production Manager for CustomPoint, I oversee the branded print materials for U.S. Bank.
- In 2012, I transitioned our Ascent line of business to CustomPoint.
- In order to better support our client events, I created a kit (packet) within the CustomPoint system where my employees can order a completed kit of all the materials needed for their events with a few simply, quick clicks. Each year, I refresh these items for the new year.
- As the Production Manager for this site I'm responsible for transferring print-ready files to CustomPoint including images, descriptions, item numbers and specifications for each printed piece.
- I manage the relationship between the 2 business lines and RRD. Additionally, I'm the point-of-contact for U.S. Bank employees for site help and troubleshooting with orders.

Responsibilities included:
- Coordinating and budgeting for all marketing and adverting efforts for 7 markets
- Preparing exhibitor kits for mass mailing distribution
- Coordinating logistics and stage shipping of Show Office and ISE Staff equipment
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and show bins
- Handling cash payments and distributing checks to celebrity speakers
- Ensuring directional signage and show banners are placed strategically
- Logging attendance for theaters and show features and assisting in A/V requirements/set up per theater/feature
- Managing customer service desk for hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of attendees
- Managing relations between ISE Staff, temp staff, exhibitors, facilities, and Show Services (drayage, electrical, decorators, etc)
- Assistant Ops team in opening and closing the shows as well as move-in / move-out
- Preparing pre and post show reports.
